Deaf Rotaract presented about Deaf Culture and FSL to RC Cebu Fuente


It was another splendid evening as Deaf Rotaractors presented a "talk" about Deaf Culture, and Filipino Sign Language. Thank you Rotary Club of Cebu Fuente for inviting us and warmly welcoming us!
